How much does it cost to rent?
- Up to 25 feet in length base monthly rent is $55.00 plus tax, for a total of $58.85.
- Over 25 feet in length, base monthly rent is $60.00 plus tax, for a total of $64.20.
- Oversized Vehicles - We can accommodate a limited number of semi-trucks and hauling trucks. Please call for specific information
- All tenants pay a one-time set-up fee of $15.00 plus tax; including prior renters.
Can I get a Discount?
Yes. Take advantage of our Baker’s Dozen Discount – pay a full year (including applicable sales tax) in advance and get one month FREE!
Do I have to sign a Long-Term Contract?
Our minimum lease term is one month, and rental agreements are generally month to month.
If you move in on a day other than the first of the month, your move-in cost will be the pro-rated first month together with the next month’s full rent (and the one time set-up fee), plus applicable taxes.
How do you Collect Rents?
Rents are due on the first of the month. We issue monthly invoices by email on the 15th of the preceding month which includes our mailing address.
Rents received after the 5th day of the month are considered late. A $10.70 late fee is automatically applied to your balance.
We reserve the right to deactivate your gate access code - without notice – if your payment and late fees are not received by the 15th day of the month. There is a $25.00 charge to reactivate your account
